Refund Policy

Scope of Application:
Applicable to all products sold in this store.

Refund Conditions:

  • Damaged/Defective Products or Wrong Items Shipped: Submit a request within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof.
  • Unshipped Orders: A full refund can be requested at any time.

Non-Applicable Situations:

  • Refunds due to personal reasons (non-quality issues) are not accepted.
  • Damage caused by improper operation (e.g., disassembly, modification) is not eligible.
  • Refund requests exceeding the 7-day period without special reasons will not be processed.

Refund Process:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact customer service with proof.
  2. Review: Customer service will confirm the solution within 2 business days.
  3. Return the Item (if applicable): The buyer must return the item within 3 days and provide a tracking number.
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a quality issue or wrong item sent, the store will cover the return shipping cost.
  • In other cases, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Shipping Time:
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment (excluding weekends/holidays). For special items, refer to the product details page or customer service notification.
